November 2015 meeting

Judges and instructors are invited to attend the judges training meeting on 12/27/15 from 11am to 1pm (possibly 2pm). It will be at the Shock Top Lodge restaurant inside the Pepsi Center. Refreshments will be provided. William Chumley has agreed to facilitate the meeting. 12/25/2015 UPDATE: The training will be held in the Band Room at Pomona High School from 11:00am-1:00pm.  The door near the band room on the east side of the school will be opened by 10:30am.

The fall membership meeting will be held on Sunday, November 8 at Prairie View High School.  The meeting will begin at 11:00am.  The board is working on getting a teleconference option for those who are unable to attend.
