RMCGA is committed to building a community where participants can learn and perform without fear of judgment or misconduct. We believe that every person associated with our organization deserves a supportive environment where they can ask questions, seek help, and share concerns.

Regarding misconduct, RMCGA has set expectations for the conduct and compliance of everyone associated with any RMCGA-sanctioned event.  Concerns of noncompliance should first be brought to the leadership of the organization involved, who are expected to investigate the concerns promptly and address them. Allegations of misconduct or noncompliance with RMCGA policy can also be reported directly to the RMCGA Board of Directors.
