Here are the notes from the fall membership meeting held on November 9, 2014. RMCGA fall meeting Nov2014

The fall membership meeting will be held on Sunday, November 9 at 11:00am. It will be held at Pomona High School in the choir room. (Enter through the east doors. The choir room is in the same hall as the band room.) If you are unable to attend in person, you can join via Skype. Please notify Jonette Dukart at RMCGA.Secretary@gmail.com if you would like to participate via Skype.

The 2014 May Membership meeting is scheduled for Sunday, May 18 at 1:00pm  at Wheat Ridge High School.  Please remember this is a meeting where we vote for proposals, if the primary representative from a unit is not available they must send a proxy to vote for them.  Notices of proxy must be submitted in writing to Shauna Hodges at shauna.hodges@gmail.com.  Proposal submissions and nominations for Secretary/Administrative Director and Vice President/Director of Training can also be submitted to Shauna. 2014 May Meeting Agenda 2014 Proposal Form
