Judge Feedback Form

New for the 2010 season! Please use this judging feedback form to voice concerns/complaints/positive comments for our judges. The task force has decided that this will be the ONLY way we will accept compliments/concerns this season. Concerns will not be heard at/during a competition. We encourage you to use this form. This form must be submitted the Monday after the contest in which your concern arises.  Once the form has been completed, the Secretary will respond back to you within 24 hours to let you know the form has been received. The form will then be passed along to Kevin Morris, Chief Judge. An answer/suggestion/ feedback will be sent to you either by email or phone by Thursday before the next show.
