Sponsored by CMAVI, RMCGA 1 on 1 is continuing for the 2025 winter guard season. Each unit (including those mentors already work with) will have the opportunity to work with a mentor to improve their winter program. This might be during the preseason or competitive season and can cover a range of topics based on our mentors’ areas of strength. The first 30-minute session is completely free to each unit. The second session will also be completely free to each unit that has their first session before November.

Interested units should complete this form to be paired with a mentor. Mentors have a cap at how many units they can each take on, so start planning soon!
